19:45 Before it blows up you get you’ve actually got it. I always remember my doctor saying to me the neurologist by the time your hand is shaking you’ve lost your dopamine so that’s the trouble we’ve used shaking as pretty much most people go there’s something wrong with me shaking a bit before anything else everything else you could attribute to something else so you go to the doctor for the shaking but by that time your dopamine’s nearly gone 25:42 I’ve always been able to help other people so I thought I must be able to make myself a bit brighter I have to say the lack of sleep is it’s very difficult to be a bright bubbly person when you haven’t had any sleep, the sleeping during the day which sometimes I just have to do I just have to have long naps during the day I feel sorry for my husband because you know it’s just I think he feels he’s stumbling around his empty house I’m a what I’m away with the fairy but um uh so then yeah so at this RSA yes at this church do where there were three of us with diagnoses the other two probably never really told people but somehow I was talking to them I said oh well I’ve got Parkinson’s there for blah blah oh well I’ve got Parkinson’s too another one did just made me realize how common it is how the frequency of it um but uh I think the biggest influence impact on me was when I was first diagnosed in early 2017. 38:21 My advice for others? I would say don’t worry that everybody at the beginning feels like a sort of victim you feel you a sort of failure in life because you’ve got this disease so you’re less of a person that’s why I didn’t want to tell anybody I did certainly professionally try to get your head around that that at least you know in a way it was a relief to be told that you’ve got something because you’ve had all these other symptoms for so long try zoning on that relief rather than the other side because if you can own up to it express it to other people other people can see somebody that they possibly admired or you know whatever they can they can understand that you are not brought down completely by this decision it is inspirational for them just to say oh well if I got it you know maybe I’ll be maybe I’ll be okay and of course I think reaching out to other people you always get more back than you’re giving it’s really true this. I’m not being facetious this Karma thing you know if you the more you care about other people and you make them feel better and their lives better you feel better about yourself it all comes back to you people are saying thank you but music this song you wrote this is so wonderful it makes you feel so much so I would just say my main advice is give out share that you’ve got it don’t whinge about it but sure you’ve got it just always be thinking there will be at some point of cure I would give the advice to exercise although I’m a total hypocrite on that I just do walking and clean the house ferociously every day but I don’t do enough exercise but that is the best thing to do is exercise as far as drugs go I think you just have to go with what your consultant has told you but do beware dopamine agonists do have this scary reputation for making you obsessive but it’s about that was fantastic advice I reflect as we’ve had this conversation um you had this concern or anxiety about sort of becoming older less you know yeah what I would say is this I mean I see someone in front of me who is living a rich full life who is contributing to her community who’s building a life with her family that is a wonderful thing so congratulations on doing everything that you’re doing in spite of which is which is phenomenal I’m absolutely certain folks will learn from your experience will be inspired by what you have shared
